If a package is undeliverable due to change of address, incorrect address, rescheduled delivery or you were not home after USPS / FEDEX / DHL / UPS makes the attempts, the customer will be responsible for all return/reship costs or lost.

Original shipping fees, taxes, and/or Route Shipping Insurance is not eligible to be refunded upon your return.

International orders are subject to customs. Any duties associated with international orders are the responsibility of the customer.Orders that have been previously placed are unable to be price matched during sale periods.Items purchased at a different location/boutique must be returned at that specific location.
