RETURN POLICY:
WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST PACKAGES
If a package is undeliverable due to change of address, incorrect address, or you were not home after USPS / FEDEX / UPS makes the attempts, the customer will be responsible for all return/reship costs or lost.
MARK DOWN SALE ITEMS
All sale items and items purchased during promotional periods are final sale and ineligible returns. An item is considered final sale where it is in the 'SALE' section and shows a permanently marked down price.
- ITEMS MUST HAVE TAGS ON AND MUST BE UNWORN
- RETURN REQUESTS MUST BE SUBMITTED WITHIN 5 DAYS OF DELIVERY DATE.

- IF YOU RECEIVE A DEFECTIVE ITEM PLEASE NOTIFY US WITHIN THE FIRST 30 DAYS ( PICTURES ARE REQUIRED)
- RETURNS + EXCHANGES MUST ARRIVE AT OUR RETURN CENTER IN 10 DAYS OF DELIVERY FOR REFUND, EXCHANGE, OR STORE CREDIT. 20% RESTOCKING FEE FOR LATE RETURNS.
- REFUNDS ARE PROCESSED WITHIN 6 - 10 DAYS AFTER ARRIVAL DATE.
- WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST USPS PACKAGES, EVEN IF THEY HAVE BEEN SIGNED AND DELIVERED.
- ANY DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEMS NEED TO BE REPORTED WITHIN 24 HRS OF RECIEVING.
- ITEMS MARKED ON SALE OR ON SPECIAL SALES PROMOTION ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURNS. NO EXCHANGE, NO REFUNDS - NO EXCEPTIONS.
- UNDERWEAR SHOULD BE WORN WHEN TRYING ON SUITS, IF SUITS ARE SOILED OR DAMAGED, THEY WILL BE RETURNED AT YOUR EXPENSE.
- CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL RETURN + EXCHANGE SHIPPING.
- YOU ARE ALLOWED 1 EXCHANGE PER ORDER.
