All orders are subject to 2-3 business days of processing time before being shipped out. During sale periods this can vary to 3-6 business days.
All returns must be sent back in their original condition (unwashed and unworn and undamaged; no deodorant, perfume, make-up stains, hygienic sticker is still on etc.)
We reserve the right to reject any return that shows signs of wear or do not meet the above criteria.
Original shipping fees, taxes, and/or Route Shipping Insurance is not eligible to be refunded upon your return.
International orders are subject to customs. Any duties associated with international orders are the responsibility of the customer.
Orders that have been previously placed are unable to be price matched during sale periods.
Items purchased at a different location/boutique must be returned at that specific location.
